BOOKING & HOURS OF BUSINESS: We are open Monday - Saturday, 10:30am-9:00pm. We do not take walk-ins. We are closed Sundays including holidays unless the system shows availability. Appointments are scheduled and paid online. When scheduling your appointment, if the desired appointment time is not available, please text during business hours for assistance at 801-937-4444. If you leave a voice message someone will return your call within 24hours, we do not answer calls while servicing clients. *Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION: Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to us! For any reason you are unhappy with the results... please contact us within 3days so we can schedule an appointment to fix any issues you are having with your lash extensions. Due to the nature of the adhesive's curing process and the application technique, any issues with premature lash loss due to product or application error is discovered within 48-72 hours following the appointment. After that timeframe, the lash artist has no control over the factors that contribute to early loss of extensions. Clients who choose to come into their appointment with makeup, moisturizers, serums, sunscreens or any other products that will interfere with the bonding process will not be able to claim a free fix.
CHILDREN POLICY: For the safety of your children and as a courtesy to other clients we ask that you make child care arrangements before your appointment. Please understand this is for your safety and the safety of your children. We want to provide the most enjoyable and relaxing experience for everyone.
PRE-LASH APPOINTMENT CARE: Remove all makeup and/or built up strip lash glue. For best results do not use waterproof mascara or curl your lashes 5 days prior to service. It is recommended to take a shower the night before getting eyelash extensions are applied. AVOID wearing moisturizers, sunscreens, serums, concealer's, foundation's, eye cream's or any products that may interfere with the bonding process.
EYELASH EXTENSION CARE: To protect the longevity of your lash extensions, it is necessary to keep your lashes dry for a full 24-48hour period after your lash service. This includes swimming, sweating , water, saunas, steam room, makeup wipes and more. Minimal products are key to lash longevity. When taking off your eye makeup, it is important to use "oil free" makeup remover. Products with oil will break down the bond of the extensions. Do not rub your eyes too hard when you clean them. Do not use an eyelash curler on your eyelash extensions. Brush your lashes once a day, this will keep the lashes in the right direction and keeps them clean in between each other. If lash care is neglected the beauty of your lashes will be compromise.
CANCELLING YOUR APPOINTMENT: We reserve the time especially for you, so please honor your appointment. If you must cancel or reschedule please do so 6 business hours before your appointment time or you will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. We understand things come up and we all do at some point, so we get it. However, please kindly let us know as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fee. No-shows will be billed for the full (100%) amount for the appointment.
